Winter afternoon walks capturing the last of cold sun, breathing in deeply the expanse of sky, treading the bare bones of earth, roots and pasture. Thankfulness, hope and inner calm, a short while distant from another world, I float away among high cushions of cloud - trying to still the moment, lengthen minutes, draw to a hazy halt.
